Acceptance of terms
By using Thirdstaff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service.
Who we are
Thirdstaff is operated by Nennovate LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware, United States. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Nennovate LLC.
Description of service
Thirdstaff is a platform that provides workflow automation services powered by n8n technology. We host and manage a self-hosted n8n instance with additional features to make automation accessible to businesses without technical complexity.
Account registration and security
To use our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
Acceptable use
You may use Thirdstaff only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to harm others or interfere with their use
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the workflows, configurations, and data you process through our platform. You grant us the necessary rights to operate the service, including:
- Storing and processing your workflows and data
- Executing your automations on our infrastructure
- Making temporary copies for backup and operational purposes
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the data you process and that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
Payment terms
Subscription fees
Our service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan. Fees are:
- Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Non-refundable except as required by law
- Subject to change with 30 days' notice
Payment processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. By providing payment information, you:
- Authorize us to charge your payment method
- Represent that you have the authority to use the payment method
- Agree to keep your payment information current
Late payments
If payment is not received when due, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the service
- Charge late fees as permitted by law
- Pursue collection through appropriate legal channels
Service availability
Uptime commitment
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.
Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Our intellectual property
Thirdstaff and its features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary technology
Your intellectual property
You retain all rights to your workflows and data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Third-party content
Our platform may include third-party components subject to their own licenses and terms.
Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

Termination
Termination by you
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Termination by us

- Fail to pay fees when due
- Use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others
Effect of termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will end
- You may download your data for a limited time
- We will delete your data according to our retention policy
- Outstanding fees remain due
Dispute resolution
Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Most disputes can be resolved through customer support. For formal disputes, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:
- Small claims court matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Injunctive relief requests
Class action waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
General provisions
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Assignment
We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

- Displaying a notice in our platform
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
